PG-2 COMPRESSOR FLUID is a superior quality synthetic (PAG) based product with exceptionally high stability and durability for gearing, bearings, and compressors, where conditions demand the unique properties of these fluids. It is formulated with rust and corrosion inhibitors, oxidation control agents, anti-wear (AW) compounds, hydrogen sulfide inhibitors, and anti-foam agents. PG-2 resists thinning out by hydrocarbon dilution and maintains the proper operating viscosity. Operating range is down to -30°F.

PRIMERA FLUIDS

ISO 100, 150 & 220 – Premium Synthetic (PAG) Natural Gas and CO2 Compressor Oil

Description Approvals and Specifications
PRIMERA FLUIDS are superior quality synthetic (PAG) based products with exceptionally high stability and durability for gearing, bearings, and compressors, where conditions demand the unique properties of these fluids. They are formulated with rust and corrosion inhibitors, oxidation control agents, anti-wear (AW) compounds, hydrogen sulfide inhibitors, and anti-foam agents.
 
PRIMERA FLUIDS are insoluble (incompatible) in oil. They resist thinning out by hydrocarbon dilution and maintain the proper operating viscosity. Operating range is down to -30°F.
 
PRIMERA FLUIDS are recommended for carbon dioxide, process or natural gas compression applications where extra lubricity or extreme resistance to hydrocarbon dilution is needed. Recommended for CO2injection wells. For high pressure CO2 compression (1000+ psi), use the ISO VG 220 grade. It may also be suitable for compression of inert gases (consult technical service). Primera Fluids are soluble in water and should NOT be used to compress wet gases or corrosive gases.

Nateria Alpha

 

Nateria Alpha NA SAE 15W40

Nateria Alpha NA SAE 15W40 gas engine oils are high quality ashless gas engine oils that are recommended for both 2-cycle and 4-cycle natural gas and LPG-fueled engines that call for an ashless engine oil. In addition, they are also suitable as a cylinder lubricant for gas compressors.

Nateria Alpha NA SAE 30

Nateria Alpha NA SAE 30 gas engine oils are high quality ashless gas engine oils that are recommended for both 2-cycle and 4-cycle natural gas and LPG-fueled engines that call for an ashless engine oil. In addition, they are also suitable as a cylinder lubricant for gas compressors.

Nateria Catco

Nateria Catco NA SAE 30

Nateria Catco NA SAE 30 is a low-ash natural gas engine oil used in the lubrication of natural gas engines where the manufacturer requires an ash level of 0.4 to 0.5 weight percent. Recommended for both 2-cycle and 4-cycle natural gas and LPG fueled engines working under moderate operating conditions where economy oil can be used. For more severe conditions, consider Nateria Catco Plus NA.

Nateria Catco NA SAE 40 is a low-ash natural gas engine oil used in the lubrication of natural gas engines where the manufacturer requires an ash level of 0.4 to 0.5 weight percent. Nateria Catco Synthetic NA SAE 40

Nateria Catco Synthetic NA SAE 40, a synthetic low-ash natural gas engine oil, is for the lubrication of gas engines used in cogeneration or standard power plants where the manufacturer requires an ash level of 0.4 to 0.5 weight percent. Ideal for engines working under severe operating conditions where conventional mineral oils cannot be used. Highly recommended for applications requiring very long drain intervals.

 

Nateria MH/MJ

Nateria MH 40

Nateria MH 40 is a low-ash (<0.5%) detergent mineral oil for natural gas engines. This oil is recommended for the lubrication of modern natural gas fueled spark-ignited engines that require ash content between 0.35 % and 0.5 %. These engines are generally used in cogeneration (CHP = combined heat and power) power plants, standard power plants, gas compression, etc.

Nateria MJ 40

Nateria MJ 40 is a medium-ash (<1%) detergent mineral oil for spark-ignited and dual fuel gas engines and biogas engines. Ideal for low-halogen content landfill gas engines. For engines fed with medium and high halogen contaminated landfill gases, use Nateria ML.
