Food Grade Oil

Simmons Synthetics synthetic Food Grade oils are made from the highest quality base stocks and additives. Depending on the product these oils are used in gears, bearings, compressors, hydraulic systems, and in blowers in food packaging and food service industry were incidental food contact is possible. The base stocks of these products include polyglycol, synthetic hydrocarbon, synthesized hydrocarbon based oils, please check the product page bellow for information on that products base stock and recommended application

ALBL Food Grade Series
ALBL Food Grade Series synthetic blower lubricants are formulated
to provide maximum lubrication protection and service for all
positive displacement blowers including Roots, Gardner-Denver,
Sutorbilt and Duroflow. Advantages over petroleum lubricants
include extended lubricant life (up to 4,000 hours with oil analysis),
reduced operating temperatures, better corrosion protection,
enhanced low and high temperature lubricating properties, longer
blower life with reduced wear, and lower maintenance costs. The
ALBL synthetic blower lubricants exceed the specification requirements for all of the major manufacturers of positive displacement blowers
and are compatible with most commonly used seal materials.

The ALFG Series Compressor Oils are specially designed for rotary screw, vane and reciprocating compressors being used in the food
service industry. These fully synthetic compressor Oils are NSF Registered and meet USDA 1998 (H-1) guidelines (lubricants with incidental food contact). AL FG Series Compressor Oils are Kosher approved.

The ALFG Series Compressor Oils are formulated from the highest quality
synthesized hydrocarbon fluids available. The special additive system
is blended with the synthetic base-fluid to provide extended oil life
and to protect against wear, rust and corrosion.

ALH FG Series
Hydraulic oils are formulated specially for hydraulic systems operating in the food service, beverage, and packaging industry. These fully synthetic hydraulic oils are NSF Registered and meet USDA 1998 (H-1) guidelines (oils with incidental food contact). ALH FG Series hydraulic oils are Kosher approved.

ALH FG hydraulic oils are fortified with oxidation inhibitors,
corrosion inhibitors, as well as anti-wear additives to enhance the
superior qualities offered by the synthetic hydrocarbon base stock.
They are extended life lubricants and have the same excellent compatibility as the Simmons Synthetics ALH Series hydraulic oils.

ALHP FG Series
Hydraulic oils are formulated specially for hydraulic systems operating in the food service, beverage, and packaging industries. ALHP FG Series hydraulic oils are NSF Registered and meet USDA 1998 (H-1) guidelines (lubricants with incidental food contact). In addition, these hydraulic oils are Kosher approved. ALHP FG Series hydraulic oils are fortified with oxidation inhibitors, corrosion inhibitors, as well as anti-wear additives to enhance the superior qualities offered by the Food Grade base stock.

ALHP FG Series hydraulic oils are ideal for the lubrication of production
equipment in beverage canning, bottling operations, meat and poultry
processing, dairy operations, fruit and vegetable processing, bakeries, and
pharmaceutical plants.

ALPG Food Grade Series
synthetic gear oils are polyglycol-based products for use in enclosed gear, bearings, and compressors where conditions demand the unique properties of these fluids.
Use these lubricants where there is the potential for incidental contact with food or food packaging.

Better wear protection, thermal and oxidation stability, and reduced sludge
and deposit formation insure enhanced performance when compared
with petroleum-based lubricants. These gear oils comply
with the requirements of 21 CFR 178.3570 FDA regulations and
meet USDA 1998 (H-1) guidelines (lubricants with incidental
food contact) for use in food plants. Do not add directly to food.

The ALPG Food Grade Series gear oils are incompatible
with petroleum oils. Care should be taken to prevent the two
types of oils from being mixed.
