ALD Series Compressor Oil Benefits

ALD Compressor Oils are recommended for use in the following applications:

  • Centrifugal and Reciprocating Compressors
  • Rotary Vane and Rotary Screw Compressors
  • High Pressure Air Compressors
  • Vacuum Pumps
  • Gear Boxes
  • Chains
  • Recommended for use as a mist lubricant

Materials Compatibility

The following materials are compatible for use with ALD lubricants: Epoxy Paint, Celcon, Vitron, High Nitrile Rubber (Buna N, NBR-greater than 36% Acrylonitrile), Medium Nitrile Rubber (Buna N, NBR 30-36% Acrylonitrile), Teflon, Oil Resistant Alkyd, and Nylon.

SPECIAL NOTE: Simmons Synthetics ALD lubricants are not compatible with some elastomers used in compressors and pumps including some paint used in crankcases. Consult the Material Compatibility Guide for specificrecommendations.
